Rosemary S. Bell Texas Woman’s University Originally believing (like many of her generation) that art could be a passion, but not a career, Rosemary first received a BS in Chemical Engineering at Rice University in 1946 and an MBA in accounting at the University of North Texas in 1978.  Realizing the fallacy in her early perception, she began a study of art at Texas Woman’s University where she will receive her MFA in photography in 1996.  Her work has been shown in Texas, California and Oklahoma. The underlying motive for her investigation of any issue, is to increase understanding through both technological and philosophy.
