Sarah Farsad San Jose State University, San Jose , California Sarah Farsad is a photographer and a performance artist. Her current project is titled, "I’m getting to the bottom of things". This is an ongoing performance piece based on the last act of Hamlet. She started the piece on March 3, 1994 and has decided to work on it to the end of her life. Truth, deception, and delusion are the important themes in this work. She would like to dig a hole in the lobby of the Whitney Museum as another demonstration of how difficult it is to get to the bottom of things
